we touched on this a few weeks ago but im not sure i ever got an answer...is it opened or closed?

It is no longer there. I see something up there, but the sign is gone. I heard it was now a part of Speedy Pizza, but I don't know if it is true or not. Anyone else?

I haven't attempted to go since he died, but I just called the number in the phonebook and it is listed as a not working number...guess it's still closed then?

thanks Marty i appreciate as im sure we all do, you taking the time to fact find for all us mainlander island wannabees. one last ques... i saw your having a get together at the toad and tart in oct. however i will be off island by then but i was wondering what the business hours are there? i lived on the east end for 2 years and visit quite frequently and have NEVER EVER seen that place open???

I think it's something like 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., but I might be wrong. STTRes?

the warehouse(poormans) is still there, and open. They took the sign down like 6 months ago when they remodled.

Almost had a heart attack...we've been saying for the past seven years we were going to stop at PoorMans Saloon but never have, but plan to this year, we hear it's a great place to have a drink or two or thr... 🙂
