I am in the USVI for a month with no wifi, want to use internet about 6 hours a day, what are my best options? I have a smart phone with adequate data for my daily life in the states because i always use wifi.

Sprint and ATT are both providers in the USVI. If you have either of them you could look into upgrading your data plan and use your phone for internet. Can also research month to month hot spot. Would be good if you rented a hotel room or place that offered WiFi. Some restaurants and shops have free WiFi.
