are there any internet cafes on st thomas? addresses or website info would be helpful.
Three places come to mind to access internet: Soapy's across from Havensight Mall and upstairs from Budget, Grateful Deli in Red Hook has a few computers with internet access, and upstairs from Little Switzerland on Main Street Downtown, where internet access is free, but if there are people waiting, the request is that you spend no more than 15 minutes at the computer.
There is also the very large facility just off the waterfront next to the Royal Dane Mall alley - Beans, and Bytes. Get your coffee go online.
We saw a bar when we were shopping in Havesight that has internet access but I'm sorry I can't remeber it's name. I do remember it was in one of the buildings closer to the road and facing Paradise Point. Marty, do you know? I think it was pretty close to where your wife works..........

Offshore Bar - free wireless access. If you have a laptop with a wireless card you can sit anywhere in Havensight and pick up a signal.

Are you thinking of the Cybe-Zone? Next to the Cold Stone Creamery in the Port of Sale Mall (blue buildings next to Havensight)? They have about 20-25 computers foruse inthere. Or the Offshor Bar? They don't have computers, but people with laptops can plug in right at the bar.
"Anywhere" in Havensight? I've seen people use them at tables in the bar, but I didn't realize the sginal was so strong that you could use it in Havensight! Wow.
Offshore is the one, Marty. I just noticed the sign they had out front advertising internet access.
