Hi ,am a new user to this massage board ,I am interested in living on a boat in the VI,can anyone help me in getting some info on rates and the possibility of living that type of life style in the VI,is it only for the rich or is a common lifesyle down there?I thank you for anyone that can help

Not an uncommon lifestyle or restricted to the wealthy. Rates for what? Dockage varies by location and conveniences available generally charged by the foot. Moorings are a yearly fee and the cost of your equipment.
Also, Darwin, when you go over to the relocation forum, do a search as there was a discussion quite recently which addressed the questions you're asking. Also read the first post by board moderator Islander addressed to people using the forum for the first time as it will link you to a huge amount of information on living here in general. Cheers!
Thank you for the information,I am thinking about moving down from NE had enough with the snow and the and the people need to find a slower paced life and lifestyle ,I am in the AC bussiness but am looking for a change ,thank you again for the help,and good day!!
