Hi,

Please provide me with the name of bars/restaurants were a group can informally dine in St. John with a nice view.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Try Compass Rose in Pastory Gardens. Your group could even play minature golf.
Great view, food is pretty good and the prices are reasonable. No private room but all out doors.

How informal is informal? Maybe you could hire a catering company and have the affair on the beach or in the national park.

Toi,

I'm moving to St. Thomas, I have been a private chef for the past three - four years and an executive chef for 10yrs., in restaurants. I've done informal to formal on the beaches
of Destin, Gulf Breeze, and Orange Beach for clients. Informal, more foods eaten with hands, formal, sit down 5 courses.

I can email some menus if you like, examples of what I done in the past, I can do anything type of food and diet needs.

I would do the majority of prep before and finish at location.
I'll have a car on the island and will be able to tranport by ferry .
