Hello Sandycowgrl,

No... however there are a few Trinidadian transplants that have small shops & serve a few dishes some of which have an East Indian origin but have been localized, like curried chicken and roti... other dishes might include pelau, phoulorie, salt fish balls, fish soup).

Thanks Islander!
I'm planning on my move to St. John in '06 and indian or Curry is a weakness of mine. So, I guess I need to learn to cook it myself and take some courses before leaving the mainland. A small sacrifice to make in exchange for living in the only place I want to be!
Looking forward to being neighbors,
Sandycowgrl
