No problem, I know what it's like to go through withdrawl from a drink. You take one sip of it and you're right back there.

Equal parts, as above, but add Chococo and Frangelico. To make it even better, instead of Malibu, use Cruzan rum, and add Coco Lopez (equal amount). Beats the heck outta Malibu!! Don't foget to top off with a couple dashes of grated nutmeg!

I don't know about you guys, but I can only get the Flavored Cruzan in PA. If you can get the regular, and the dark in any other state please let me know.

There was a time when all we had in Indiana were the flavored Cruzan rums. I don't know if it would work for you, but I went to the manager of my favorite store and just asked him one day if he could get one case of the regular Cruzan light rum. I assured him I'd buy the majority of the case over time if it didn't sell well. I did end up buying about 3/4ths of that case over a few months.

That was three years ago and he's still keeping it stocked. 🙂

I miss bushwackers, Red Stripe, Cruzan Rum, the sunny weather, the quick rainstorms, the cottage, the peepers at night, the bananaquits during the day, the deck, the view, the snorkeling, blue water, turquoise water, the sand, the spiney things at Salt Pond, watching the boats, the people, rainbows during the storms, the winding roads, the goats, chickens, donkeys, the bush cats, the music, Skinny Legs, Miss Lucy's,....Heck, I miss St. John!

I have seen Cruzan at Meijer's here in Northwest Indiana, I can say for sure I've seen the flavored & light rum's, I thought I've seen the dark but can't say 100%. I have been seeing Cruzan showing up in the bars and resturants in NW In and Illinois. But it's about four time higher than in STT... just good to know that if we need we have a source to get a bottle locally...will still stock up in STT.

Here in PA you can only get liquor from state stores cause my state sucks. So they won't order a specific brand for you at all becasuse everything is controlled by the PLCB.

As Bill Clinton would say, "I feel your pain". I live in Metro Detroit and until about 3 years ago we were without Cruzan Rum. The State of Michigan controls their liquor too but not to the extent of PA. The state "tells" independent liquor stores what the minimum is they can charge and gives them a list of liquor from which they can order from.

After 6% sales tax, a fifth of Cruzan Light, Dark, or Black Strap is about $12, Diamond $19, Single Barrel $30, and 151 $17. Not every store carries all or even some of Cruzan.
