Happy to hear that, for the most part, everything is o.k. Good luck with the clean up.

Are the resorts still open?
Travel - yes resorts are open. Some resorts are likely still cleaning up debris around their landscaped areas and on the beach. If you are traveling very soon you might give the resort you are staying at a call to get an update on their property.

Power FINALLY came back on Emerald Hill towards east end of STT. Been out since Monday. Just makes you really appreciate the little things in life. Four days of making "do". God Bless generators! This should be a reminder to be prepared for the weather this time of year. We wish all the best to those affected - hope all gets back to normal soon!
Six months without power after Marilyn ! Just sayin' ...
Amen.
Mandahl was on yesterday mid day and had a delightful shower and hot meal, sleeping under the fans. WOW! Went out again this morning and just now back on.
I want to hug the next WAPA worker I see! Bake them cookies!
Pamela

and a year without cable 🙂
Cruise ships back today... looked like a Carnival ship. Taxis showing them around, vendors set up, charters going out. Business getting back to normal. 🙂
Was down at Magens Thursday afternoon and they had cleaned up the trees, straightened up the benches. The beach erosion was still visible with exposed roots but nature will gradually fix that... perhaps with some human help moving some of the sand on the shore around.
