Hi everyone

Just thought I would post a "heads up" for those needing to take the car ferry - say if you have rented your car on STT and are staying on STJ or if you are vacationing on STT and wanting to visit STJ for the day with your car - the lines are HUGE and long both sides.

We are down to one barge and wait time has been as long as a few hours

Not sure when we will be back to all ferries.

It says Boyson took down the Mr B for routine maintenance for two weeks. Can't answer about the Roanoke though.

I went by at 12:30 and it looked like the lines were gone.

Thanks for posting this! We were thinking of heading over to STJ in the morning.
Maybe we will wait a few days...

🙂

Conflicting stories from customers tonight, some of whom were STJ residents who came over here to go to the movies but via the passenger ferry and said that the car barge line wasn't long at all and there seemed nothing unusual going on at either end. These glitches are usually worked out quite quickly and I'm sure this one will be too if that hasn't already happened.

MISTER B in dry dock in Dominican Republic, then CG inspection when it returns. Estimated at 2 weeks minimum. CAPT VIC still in the U.S. and may be up there for a long time. ROANOKE up and running at 1200 noon yesterday but will be out of service again the end of November for dry dock.
Cheers

The times I drove by the dock on STJ the lines were looooooong.
I have friends heading over today so they are going to let me know how it is today when they return.
