Hello, We relocate with 2 dogs to St Croix in July, Flight from main land ends in San Juan. Does anybody can give advise what the best option is to fly our 2 dogs from PR to St Croix and how much it would cost ?
You may not be able to fly your 2 dogs in cargo due to heat restrictions in July if they don't meet in cabin size and weight.
If you do get to PR with them you can probably fly smaller airlines, possibly seaplane to STX.

Make sure none of your flights are on an Airbus plane.
They don't carry dogs in cargo at all, at any time of year.

Can a small dog be in a travel carrier at your seat?

Small dog in kennel must fit under seat, I believe.
