We are coming for my first visit to St. John on July 8th. How has the weather been and how has it affected snorkeling and other activities? I can't wait... THANKS !

No effect on snorkeling or most other activities - use www.weathercarib.com or a few of our webcams to see what is going on til then.

And what would you do DIFFERENT if it was total rain for your vacation?

Go with the flow. What ever it is make the best of it.

One of my favorites...
We just returned from STJ after 2 weeks (report coming) and my wife got upset when we arrived to see a forecast of 40% chance for scattered thunderstorms all week. Week two she made the comment "If we get anymore rain we will have to buy more sun block!"
