I am from Maine and will be staying at St John the end of July. Last year we visited Orlando in July. Orlando was hot and humid, but we had a good time. Is it more hot and humid in the Vigin Islands during July as compared to Orlando? Do the trade winds help? I'm hoping it feels a little cooler than Orlando in July.

Its much cooler in STJ than Florida. Probably less humid also. There is also always a nice breeze. You will be fine!

There are a couple hours in the early afternoon where you may feel like you're being roasted alive in the sun though. 😉

Which is the perfect time to 'lime out' under a palm tree with a cool drink on a beach, or get in the water and do some snorkeling/diving.

Oh, forget to mention that weather.com shows all of the weather data for a zip code, plus a "Feels Like:" feature.
