I am organizing a family reunion for 2013 on St. John. We know that we cannot all fit into one house but I am having trouble finding houses that are close together that we can rent as a group.There will be about 25 of us and we would love to have one large house where we can all gather for meals and cocktails and then a few smaller homes nearby where we can sleep to accommodate everyone. Looks like we will need about 11-12 bedrooms total. Any ideas as to where I should look? I am not asking anyone to be my rental agent and do my work for me just looking for a direction.

Have you checked the site http://www.virgin-islands-on-line.com? I don't follow them as regularly as I do this one, but it seems to me the Admin for that site was working on a villa map for St John.
You should also post your question there if you haven't already, because it's a very popular site for St John visitors.

They work with tons of houses and agencies and are on island so they know what houses are closeby. I used them a few years ago and I had a great experience.
Try tennis villa.com. They have 7 bedrooms with baths and a gourmet kitchen. Location is great and villa and cottage are beautiful. Be happy to hook you up there. Very near the Westin hotel (walking distance). Check it out
