*We visited St. Thomas 3 years ago and came upon a great hot sauce. I purchased it in a store in Havensight Shopping center. ONe name was nuclear blast and one was volcano I believe. I have since ordered them via a gentleman named Danny, but the number is not valid anymore. Any idea where to get them at?
Hello Kristine,
Yes, you can get them from http://vitraders.com/ under Spices & Sauces. We also have other island souvenirs & books ;).

Pick up a bottle of Jeromes Hot Sauce. I have tried hundreds of hot suacers, and Jeromes is the best I have ever had. Unbelievable flavor. It's got some serious heat however, but the flavor is so good. He makes his sauce local on St. THomas.

Yeah I second Jerome's very good.
I have to reccomend Trinidad Charlies hot sauces. The West Indian Pumpkin Pepper Sauce is hot and tasty! It's made right on STJ from fresh ingrdients grown in Trinidad Charlies garden.
He has a website. Just google Trinidad Charlie.
You are correct regarding Jerome's Hot Sauce. I have been back to St. Thomas twice and bought more. Never can buy enough. I have tried for 3 years to find it in USA or on the web. The phone number on the bottle does not work. If anyone knows a way to get it, please respond.
I'll mail you some if you want. Just email me [email protected] Just reimburse me the cost via paypal or something.
I know that some of Jerome's friends are putting tother a web site that it will be available on real soon. Will keep you informed.

I got a kick out of the name of one of the sauces I saw at the Pirate's Chest at Paradise Point: Wreck Tum Fire (with a picture of a wrecked pirate ship on the front). Classic! Haha!
Miss Anna's is the best in my opinion. I've tried just about every hot sauce out there. When I'm in VI's I go to the store and buy at least $100 in hot sauces and give them for gifts to my friends and family.
When I'm in the Caribbean I smother my steaks in Miss Anna's and then grill them. Mmmm. That's my idea of the taste of the Caribbean.

I concur that Jerome's is a very tasty and very hot sauce!
