Are there any hostels or other cheap places to stay on St. Thomas, basically just a bed to sleep on for the night? I can't see staying at a resort and doing activities at the resort when there is so much to see on St. Thomas and St. John.

Hello Bill,

No hostels. What price range per night are you looking for??

I don't have any specific price in mind. I was just sort of wondering if there was a low end place to stay which did not provide many of the ammenities that some people prefer. I am aware of Cinnamon Bay having the camping on St John, and might be interested in something similar on St Thomas.

Hello Bill,

There are no campgrounds on St. Thomas. There are several inns/ b&b's that you could look into but they aren't going to be in the hostel price range but rather in the $60-$100 range... some higher for the small hotels.
