I have confirmed a rental with Hospitality Car Rental and I have a few questions.

1) What is the general consensus on these guys?

2) I was quoted only a daily rate and I was told I'd be given a weekly rate (8 day rental). The person said that his boss would have to call me back. I've since called twice and they were not in the office and told me they'd call back when they returned. I still haven't heard from them. What do you guys think is a good time to catch them and what should I expect for a week with the Vitara?

3) Does anyone know if they allow you to park in their lot?

26 days until I leave snowy Colorado

We rented from Hospitality on both our trips and everything went great! Thomas, the owner, is a sweet guy. Hospitality car rental/ smoothie stand is a tiny place... I have a feeling that if Thomas wasn't in, he was swamped with making smoothies! We paid 350 for the week for the vitara, and yes, you can park there too when you go into town. Maybe if you call later on at night, 5 or 6, or between 9 & 10 in the morning, you will have better luck, as the smoothie stand will be closed/ slow. Thomas also stayed open late for us, when we were delayed getting to the island. He was always a delight, and even kept our luggage for us while we shoppped for the afternoon before leaving the island (teary eyes).

Enjoy your trip!!!

I have a Viatra rented for the week of July 1 from Thomas! I am relying on all the information in this forum as I have not been steered wrong yet!
