I read that you can take a sight seeing tour on horseback- I would appreciate any info.

There is horse back riding tours available on St. Thomas and St. John. On St. Thomas the stables name is Half Moon (you can find some information about them under sports & leisure). On St. John it will be Carolina Corral. Tours are of the'country side', along the coast and on mountain paths.
