*Hi, Where are the places to go horseback riding? My friend Paige, who was raised in St. Croix, talks about the Bear family and how great the horses where, are they still there? We'd like to ride through the rain forest with them. Do they do that?
Question 2, we love Carribean, steel drum music, where are the best places to hear it, preferably on a beach setting.
thanks!
Lori
Which island(s) will you be visiting?
On St. Croix, there is Paul and Jill's: http://pws.prserv.net/paul-and-jills/
I believe these is another place near the Cane Bay Restuarant and dive shop: www.viphonebook.com
Hello,

St. Croix...
Hotel on the Cay (on Protestant Cay just off the Christiansted boardwalk, short ferry ride) has a Caribbean show on Tuesday nights. The Buccaneer Hotel also has live entertainment on some of the weeknights. Carambola is another option. The Casino often has live bands - not steel pan but local bands playing Caribbean music/songs. If there is a Jump Up going on while you are there that would be good to go to, or Sunset Jazz in Frederiksted... or Carnival. Check the events calendar at
https://www.vinow.com/general_usvi/local_events/index.php
for dates of Jump Up and other local events.
