Hi, I am thinking of relocating 4 horses to STX. Any one know any place to board on the west end?

You should probably address this question on the the VI Moving Center site (link way top of this page).

Just curious, but why would you even think about shipping/relocating horses to STX?

The shipping is not a problem- have moved horses from NY to PR and back again. As to why?-- have you had livestock in the frozen hell that is upstate NY? My son leaves for college in the fall-my horses and I will be right behind him! I have a house in Two Brothers, that's why I would like west end. Any help finding someone would be great!

That's why I suggested you post on the VIMoving Center forum as there are lots of people on STX who post there. Click on the "Visit Relocation Message Board" link upper right this page. Visitors can't help you on this one :D. Good luck!
PS: Yes in answer to your question. Owned and operated a horse farm in Connecticut for about 10 years in the 70's-80's!

Thank You! I am new to this computer thing and need all the pointers I can get! What part of CT? I lived in Greenwich and Stamford in the 70's and 80's- my Mother still is in Stamford. We have just had 14" of snow and I have spent the last day or so digging out the gates and trailer ect....and dealing with frozen water tanks- ice is what puts me over the edge. How is the horse seen in STT? I have only been to the track there once. Thanks again for pointing out I was in the wrong spot! I will try to navigate this now.
