My fiance and I have changed our original plan from 1 week st john, and 1 week st Lucia, to only stay in st. Lucia. We are looking for a villa for the first week and and all inclusive for the second week. I like the look of Castle Hill for the first week, and it fits into our budget. I have read mixed reviews about Sandals but the Regency seems to be the best of the 3. Any suggestions and/or comments would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Nik

Suggestions would be to cancel St Lucia and only visit St john.

🙂

This is the USVI forum. You won't find St Lucia info here. For a honeymoon, I'd recomend Ladera Resort on St Lucia.

I honestly think STJ is a pretier island.

Happy Honeymoon - Congrats!!

Hello,

I agree with Blu completely.
My friends traveled to St Lucia and stayed at Ladera (which is an amazing resort) for their Honeymoon and really enjoyed it. However, after they came to St John with us, they said they will never venture back to St Lucia.

Hi There,

I really enjoyed Rendezvous outside of Castries. The beach is one of the better ones on the island IMO. It's couples only. Food was decent (especially for St. Lucia - the food on the island is definitely not up to STJ standards). Staff was very nice and the mix of guests staying there was a nice change from the VI (95% were from western Europe, Canada and the UK).

Thanks for all of your advice. We're staying in cap estate for a week and then soufriere. We'll definitely try St. John for our next rendezvous!
