When we were in the VI we had some of the best hot wings ever!!!! They were great at a lot of places but "Jack's" was by far the best. Jack's is located on St. Thomas in a little strip mall over by the K-Mart in Havensight. We were admiring the bottle of hot sauce sitting on the bar when we were eating and I joked about picking some up. Well, we forgot and I am very sorry we did. I cannot find anything around here that even comes close. And now I dont remember what the name of it was. I have searched on the internet but nothing looks familiar. Can anyone get me the brand name on this wonderful hot sauce so we can try to relive those wings?! Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you talking about the hot sauces in bottle on the bar? Was it a kinda spicy sweet sauce, or was it EXTREMELY hot called Da' Bomb in a small bottle, or was it in a clear bottle with orange/yellow label called Jerome's? Or are you just talking about Jacks wings sauces?

I go there a few times a week so let me know.

StuScott,

I think I love you! And I am so jealous that you get those wings 3 times a week. We got the Buffalo Style Wings that could have had the Jack's Anchor Hot or the Classic Hot. It was the perfect mix of tangy zippy spicy and we loved it!!! We looked at the bigger sized bottle sitting on the bar in front of us and thought wow if this is what is on these wings we need to buy some of it. I wonder does Jack's sell their own sauces? I will look up the Jerome's online and see if I can buy some of that. I am willing to try everything to get wings that come close to Jack's.
"If you haven't Tried our Wings, you don't know Jack!"

Thanks again!!!
