I looked on-line, but didn't find a comprehensive list of the holidays that our gov't and banks observe, then it occurred to me....VI Now!! We get all the answers here! So...who knows all the holidays we have here??

Thanks, Anna!

But it doesn't look complete to me....What about Supplication Day? I know that's one...what else are we missing??

Hurricane Supplication Day (the 4th Monday in July) and Hurricane Thanksgiving Day (the third Monday in November) aren't official holidays. They are days when church-goers (a) pray for relief from hurricanes in the upcoming season and (b) give thanks for relief from them at the end of hurricane season. Not official paid government holidays, though.
