MY SON HAS A SOCIAL STUDIES ASSIGNMENT IN WHICH HE HAS TO BRIEFLY TALK ABOUT THE VIRGIN ISLANDS ORGANIC ACT AND I CANT FIND ANY INFORMATION ON THE ORGANIC ACT COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME .
