Hello Jose,

The Dannebrog would have been the flag during the times of the Danes (who settled St. John). You can find information at: http://www.ambwashington.um.dk/en/menu/InformationaboutDenmark/Culture/DanishNationalSymbols/The+Danish+National+Flag

Currently as a US territory we use the US Flag. And we have a USVI flag as well. It looks like:
