I am going to St. Thomas on a cruise. There seems to be several interesting historical sites in Charlotte Amalie, any recommedations for those I should not miss?

Tim, some sites you should definitely not miss are: Fort Christian, Drake's Seat, Bluebeard's Castle, Government House, Hotel 1829, Market Square, and the Synagogue. There are other historical sites, but these are the most impressive in my book.

If you're looking for a great beach my first choice would have to be Magens Bay. It comes complete with a snack bar, a boutique, and shelters you can rent for large groups. My second choice would be Coki Beach because you can rent SCUBA equipment there and it's right next to Coral World.
