*What is the highest peak on St. John and where is it?

"St. John is the closest USVI to the BVI. It has hills and valleys and few flat areas. St. John encompasses 20 square miles of beautiful scenery. The island is 7 miles by 3 miles wide. The highest point is Bordeaux Mountain at 1,277 feet. The island is of volcanic origin. The island's coast has many fine protected bays. More than two thirds of the island is part of the Virgin Islands National Park".
As far as where Bordeaux Mountain is it is basically in the center of the island. The map link on this website should provide you the info on location.
