My husband and I are planning a trip to STJ and are looking to stay at Gallows Point. I have been reading past posts that talk about Gallows and have a list of the units that people have mentioned being their favorites. I understand some of the units are worn down and others have been renovated. A few of the units that are available for us to choose from have not been mentioned on the board in the past year. Does anyone know if unit 6D, 7C or 9C have been renovated? We also have the option of unit 1 but thought that might be too far from all the activity (small snorkel beach, pool). The last couple of trips to St. John we stayed at Caneel but thought we would try Gallows this time due to the location to town in addition to the view. Does anyone have a comparison/contrast or helpful information they can share? We want to make this trip more memorable than the last if that is possible!!! Thanks.
We love Gallows and have been renting through Suite St John for years. I have some photos at
