Myself and three children 11 twins and 8 yr old. We are looking for something on or very close to the beach. Being close to Christenden would be a bonus. We are not picky and will spend most of the time outside" We are planning on leaving Feb 28 and going for 7-10 days. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks
Try http://slowmocean.com Two houses available for vacation rental on Water Island. A perfect place for children or couples. Slow paced and very nice beaches. A golf cart comes with the house. Lots of good swimming and snorkling. Lots of harmless wildlife.
Water island is easy to get to from Crown Bay Marina. Public ferry runs all day. Easy day trip to St Thomas if you'd like to visit downtown to shop and eat.

I'm guessing that the OP is planning on staying on St Croix and mis-named "Christiansted" as "Christenden", so Water Island wouldn't be an option.
