PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
wendy,
The local phone book is online here: http://www.viphonebook.com/Main.asp Perhaps you can find the department you're looking for in the government section. Good Luck!
Hello Wendy,
You would need to call the Old Hospital at 340.774.9000 and ask for Vital Statistics and they will give you instructions on requesting a copy and what the fee is.

Wendy,
Islander got the right number, the extension is #4685
I would suggest getting a couple of copies, one to always have in your files! Good Luck, these ladies can give a hard time when they choose to do so! My daughter was born "at home" here, took me a year to get her BC. I was trying to get a passport for my daughter and ran into having to prove my daughters birth to the passport division. Vital Stats would not help me with the documentation they had! I'm hoping I get the passport soon- whew! 🙂
