Will be visiting St. Johns - do we need a heated pool in March - have read some blogs where villa pools are too cold to swim in in the winter months. Anybody know of any villas with heated pools

There is no 'S' attached to St John -- there are however some heated pools -- check with your rental agent for suggestions.

There are actually more and more heated pools on the island now since there is a solar heater dealer on STJ. I know of a couple of houses on Bordeaux Mtn (Casa Bueno and Bordeaux Breeze) that have heated pools.

I suggest you contact a couple of agencies and they could give you a list of houses that they represent that have heated pools.

My pool for 8 years, which has no heater whatsoever, had never gone below 82 degrees...located in Wintberg, STT

Heating a pool in the Caribbean is definitely not necessary...it gets hot enough here where you want the pool to be refreshing--I wouldn't worry about it!
