I am planning my first trip and was wondering if anyone out there can comment on Serendip condos (Studio) or Hillcrest guest house. Both look very nice for the price. I would appreciate any comments. Also, we are planning late June or Early July, can anyone tell me about the weather at that time of year? Particularly the bug situation.

Hi, Elise, I stayed at Hillcrest last December, it was great, it was my first trip too. It's about a five minute walk, maybe not even that much, to town, I liked that since I didn't rent a car but climbing the hill is a real killer. Phyllis, the owner was very helpful. Let me know if you want specific details.
