We're two English families who used to (8 years ago) live on ST Thomas - visiting with our kids 17-24th April.
We've booked appartments at Crystal Cove on Sappire Beach. Has anyone stayed there, or know of it?

I know of it. The area is nice. The Sapphire beach is beautiful. There are lots of watersports activities you can do on the beach there, kayak, windsurf, jet ski, snorkel.... Can't comment on the rooms - as I have never stayed there and never had friends stay there so dont have comments.

I guess I'm just a little concerned that I've booked two rooms at a place (Crystal Cove) that I found on the net, at $200 each a night, and its difficult to get independent info - sitting here in England.
HOWEVER - I'm sure it will all be fine - we know Sapphire is a cool place - especially the reggae on Sundays, and hopefully our kids (6 & 7 years old) will love the Islands as much as their parents - who first met there.
