Well, ta very much. It was a week or so ago - I think. One small advantage to rapidly encroaching old age is that although the wrinkles and sags become more pronounced, the eyesight dims proportionately. And I must say that although it took a while to say, "discount, please" at the supermarkets and stores which offer it to "seniors" it's a rather nice little extra to have. And 50% off motor vehicle registration is even better! Thank you and cheers!

Discounts, eh???? Taking advantage of the system, eh??? Stepping on the rights of actual seniors, eh???

Hey promoguy! Even BEFORE I was actually eligible for the discounts I was subjected to total angst when a very young cashier would ask me, "discount?" and I'd blurt out an embarrased, "NO!" And there were some who would look at me and automatically call out "DISCOUNT!" and turn on that blinking light to summon the supervisor for that swipe card manager routine. I got used to it, AM used to it now and accept it. Reluctantly at times? Heck yes! But the diminishing eyesight, as I said earlier, does help!

Cheers dear!

I hope yours was fabulous, Theresa, Sags have enormous crosses to bear but hello Onika,!

We are not crazy, we are simply a bit different. We seek the meaning of life, are optimistic but guarded, we are very opinionated. We are seekers. Happy Birthday greetings to all Sagittarians!

I knew there was a good connection! Me too, a charming, witty, optimistic and sometimes smart ass Sag!

Haven't posted in awhile but getting my ducks in a row keeps me busy.

Happy Birthday Anna

Happy Birthday STT Resident. Hope you had a good one. Thanks for thinking about us in the midwest last week. Took Dave and I all day to shovel out 10". Good idea of yours to look at pictures of St Thomas to get us in the mood and forget about the cold and snow. I hope we can get together next May. Would be nice to be able to chat without a loud band in the background.

Happy and Healthy STTRes!!

I only hope this coming year is better for you than each year in your history.

P.S. the hot sauce has turned to a deep, dark red and is now thick and YUMMY. You ahve made quite a hit with everyone who comes over and wants to sample it. A few "lightweights" have called to curse me the morning after sampling it. HAHA! Ouch!
