This probably sounds like an unusual question to be asking but I was wondering if stores carry skim/fat free milk on St. Thomas or anywhere else in the Virgin Islands for that matter?

Yes, they do. It is easier to find 1% than 2% but Skim is in all the stores.
Pamela.

Thanks Pamela! The reason I asked is because we will be traveling there in a few months. I was in Barbados a little over a year ago and they didn't have it anywhere on the island. 2% seemed rather limited and most people drank whole milk which I can't handle at all. We were told skim is sort of an 'American' thing. lol Glad to know I won't have to do without. 🙂

Milk is easy, its the Mountain Dew you really gotta hunt for on St. John.
