What is a good restaurant on STT or STJ that has a good sunset view, or alternatively a good evening view of CA?

We ate at Mafolie in May as well. To say that the view is nice, is about the understatement of all time! Just beautiful. We found the restaurant to be very comfortable, not pretentious, the menu had a lot to choose from and the food was great. I highly recommend it.
