For breakfast or lunch in Red Hook I love the Greatful Deli, great omelets and sandwiches. Also be sure to stop by Cold Stone Creamery for ice cream if you've never been to one. If you're looking for groceries hit up Marina Market, they'll have everything you need. I'll let someone else tackle the dinner options...

Red Hook is not very trendy! 😉 For down to earth food: Sopchoppy's (pizza, calzones, wraps- dinner only), Molly Molone's (supposed to be Irish, but big American plates too), Grateful and Burrito Bay Delis, and of course the Cold Stone Creamery! Make sure to stop by Azure at Sapphire Village (by the pool)!

Just up the road (it's not Red Hook) try the Agave at the Point Pleasant Resort. One of my favorites.

Hi,

I'll add Caribbean Steak House & Saloon right at American Yacht Harbor in Red Hook.

Yes--I'll agree with all of the above--and try Duffy's Love Shack for lunch--(not sure about dinner time-you may have to sit with all the drinkers!). Molly Malone's is great--I had day-after-Thanksgiving turkey there this past Nov. and it was delicious! theFrigate is great--delicious salad bar there and good fish dishes. And there is an out-of-the-way place across from the Red Hook shops called Latitudes--it's a bar and very casual--you can see it at night --with the Cristmas lights lit up.

Have to also vote for Molly Malones.... also out at Secret Harbor (a short drive) is Blue Moon Cafe... great eating on St. Thomas.

I disagree with Kim about the Agave Terrace. Food is not consistant and I wouldn't go back for even a free meal. The drinks and food at Duffy's are very refreshing and as long as you don't eat real late, you won't get caught up witht the drinkers. Your wife may be a bit disappointed with the food in the USVI, as well. It's been one of the few places we haven't come home and talked about how great the food was. You'll enjoy STT, however.
