Most restaurants will do their best to adapt to a customer's food allergies as long as you give them advance notice and ask what they have which would work. It does make a restaurateurs work quite difficult if someone arrives on a busy night with particular allergies which have to be explained in detail but, if they know in advance and a reservation is made, it's usually not a problem. If it is, they'll let you know that they can't accommodate you.
