I think you will find that most restaurants will accommodate any kind of dietary restrictions if you ask. You can find some gluten free items at St. John Market, Dolphin Market, and Starfish Gourmet. St. John Market and Dolphin Market are now managed by the same people and I have noticed a lot of stock switching between the two stores. If they don't have what you are looking for at one store, try the other one. St. John Market used to have quite a bit of gluten free, but when I last checked, they had much less. I tried checking Dolphin for the items, but they were in the middle of rearranging the store and I couldn't find the gluten free stuff or anything I was looking for!
