Where are the glassbottom boat charters, any island???
Apparently there are none... Let me know if that's wrong.
The only one that I'm aware of recently is the Kon Tikie Party Barge that hauled Cruise passengers on a three hour trip for twenty some years. For the past four years it has been out of service under going major repairs to gain recertification by the Coast Guard. It has been used for several private functions in the past six months with the rumor that it will be returning on-line soon. Perhaps you can be one of the first on board to get your party on, get loopie with 151 Rum Punch and have the time of your life that you will only be able to remember from the photos taken by others.

It's a little impatient to post at 8 am and expect answers by 1:30.

He didn't post again until the next day, but not the answer he wanted anyway! juanitodelgrande, you can go snorkeling right off shore at many beaches here and see tons of underwater life, if that helps!
Isn't there a glass bottom boat at Coral World?
There is a new one on St John but I have yet to see it go out on any tours - I did speak to the representative to try to get details, pricing, age of children, times, minimum numbers, what is included, length of trip etc and they couldn't answer any of my questions

I apologize to OP. Sorry I missed that.

Well that sounds promising! 😀
Aha, now I see that the OP is hoping to bring a boat here to operate a glass-bottom boat operation! Good luck but do be sure to thoroughly research your market as operating a business here is not for the faint of heart and many a newbie boat operator has had his dreams dashed on a reef before his hull is hardly damp!
The Reefs of Reality more so than a coral reef!
A "friend" told me the other day Kon Tiki has been re-certified by the USCG.

I understand she's already made a few private party trips. I have some hilarious memories of her from the mid 80s and 90s! 😉
But I've been on the Kon Tiki in the 90's and I say if you remember it you were not REALLY there!
