Getting to Virgin Gorda from St. John

We are going to Virgin Gorda for the first time from St. John on Thurs 4/19.

I understand that the VG direct ferry that runs on Thursdays known as Speedys does NOT stop in STJ on the way to VG from STT. Do the other ferries (Inter Island?) stop at STJ and then go direct to VG? Or do you have to go thru Tortola?

Much thanks for any advice.

Thanks but really looking for clarification/confirmation on public ferry - not looking for the $100 pp excursion thing Limnos does.

The "Ferry Schedules" link at the top of this page states:

Inter Island Boat Service (340)776-6597
Rates: Roundtrip, Adults $60. Children 1-11 years old $45. Toddlers under 1, free.
Time: About 1 hour 30 minutes from St. John.
Note: Clearing immigration is necessary; trip may take longer than approximated. Proof of citizenship is required.

Thursday &Sunday Only

Leaving Red Hook, St. Thomas 8:00 am
Leaving Cruz Bay, St. John 8:30 am
LeavingVirgin Gorda 3:00 pm

If you have specific questions about 4/19 you could call and ask them.
