I was wondering who I needed to contact to get married on Water Island?

My wife and I got married almost 5 years ago on Water Island. We used Bill Arnet, not sure if he is still an Officiant or not. Here is a link for St. Thomas weddings:

He was very helpful with the process and the license and application paperwork. I was referred to him by a Water Island business, but I know that you can google wedding officiants. At the time there was one on Water Island, not sure if they still reside there. It's a wonderful place and the people there are great.
