I am staying in St. Thomas with the intent of touring all US VI. What is the best and cheapest way to get to Stcx? We are searching out wedding locations.

The seaplane is probably the quickest option although you can take the American Eagle from the airport, I think

Seaplane, Cape Air, or the ferry. American Eagle doesn't do STT-STX any more.
