I recently found out there is now a casino on STX. How long has has it been there? Is gambling now legal everywhere in the USVI?

There is a casino in St Croix for over 5 years now. We also have various games of chance available including Powerball. In St Thomas and St John, they have video lottery terminals which, in effect are slot machines.
