We will be at Gallows Pt. for 10 days beginning 8/15/05 and am just curious if anybody has stayed in this unit. If so, how was the location of the unit views, etc.? Any other comments on Gallows Pt. appreciated. This board has been a great help.

Hey! WOW! We are going to Gallows Point on Aug. 13 for a week -just when you are. What a coinky-dink! (just don't tell me you live in northern va. too -haha) My husband and I stayed in unit 3D last year on our honeymoon and now we are taking my parents back there! Anyway, just wanted to chat up that- Sorry I don't have info. on unit 10. 🙁 Other than I believe you will have the view of cruz bay rather than the ocean side. But the bay and all the boats coming in is beautiful too. (just don't get unit 14 ? next to the cemetary) ...I can tell you that the whole 'resort' is soooo fabulous and beautiful! It's intimate, not spralling and corporate like the Westin,etc. I think any of the bldgs. are probably wonderful, it's just so magical there. And the view is incredible from anywhere! You are going to have a spectacular amazing time (especially if you love the water and snorkeling!) Also, you must try ZoZo's and the Lime Inn -I can't wait for conch fritters and REAL key lime pie!
