where's a good place to fresh lobster without it being a fancy restaurant?

You want to buy it and cook it yourself? You can buy from local fishermen
Or
You want a not so fancy restaurant that serves lobster? (most restaurants that serves lobster, fancy or not fancy charge market value for the lobster.... which usually is about the same at both types of restaurants. What might not be the same is the appetizers, drinks, deserts.) Restaurants I have found in the USVI to have lobster tail (both fancy, and local spots) for around 30-45 dollars for an entree. (Those were Banana Tree Grill, Glendas Terrace, Victors Hideaway [although they were a little less, because they had an option with different size lobster so small tail less money - so had a range] and there are other spots too)
