Any suggestions on private water taxis from Marriott dock to Trunk Bay. I don't want the hassle of going to Red Hook - taxis - ferrys and all that stuff

$250 minimum from the Reef to STJ.
You don't have to go to Red Hook for the ferry to STJ. You could take the Marriott's "Reefer" over to the waterfront and then take the CA ferry to STJ. See ferry rates and schedules under "Quick Links" above right.
