There have been several recent posts about Marriott Frenchman's Cove on this forum so it might behoove you to use the search feature and check out the responses (assume they're involved in a big ad campaign stateside?)

If you're not planning on renting a car for your long weekend, then the Reef will probably suit you just fine for such a short visit. The beaches there are OK and will probably have you all agog but you're not going to be here long enough to explore so much more that STT and the adjacent STJ have to offer!

The weather should be as usually quite lovely unless a hurricane decides to swing our way. During hurricane season it's usually a good idea to take out trip insurance. Only costs a few dollars. Cheers!
