That is really great, albeit 6 weeks too late.

I applied for a BVI license 8 months ago. I went in 6 months ago to see what the holdup was and was asked to re-apply because they could not find my original application. The whole process is pretty sketchy. Granted, it is only a $35 license but at least they could make it a bit easier to obtain.
