My wife and I have passports but my children whose ages are in their low 20's do not have passports. Does BVI Customs enforce Soggy Dollar clearance? Last time we rented a boat for this day trip US Birth Certificates were allowed but this was several years ago. Thanks for your response.

DO NOT TRY TO SKIP CUSTOMS! There are multiple stories of people being boarded (and injured in the process), losing boats, and spending time in Her Majesty's prison. They do not fool around.

Also, I dont know how many years ago you are referring to, but back in the late 60's you had to have a passport, i know this for a fact.
