Greetings all!

I have a question regarding availability at the markets in St. John. I am getting married in May and we are planning on having the reception back at our villa. We are going to have a caterer do most of the food (heavy hors d'oeuvres), but in an attempt to save money, thought we might be able to do things such as a veggie and fruit tray ourselves.

So, I'm wondering, do the markets in the area have pre-packaged fruits and vegetables that would be ready to use, or would we have to buy whole items, and cut them ourselves?

Thanks for the help.

You can get small pre packaged fruit and veggies - strawberries, blueberries, carrots for sure - at Starfish Market but be ready for the prices I pay $6.00 for a small container of blueberries (1 pint)
